Conveniently located, it's just a short walk to excellent restaurants and a 5-minute drive to Cape May Beaches. Perfect for a bachelorette weekend, Girl’s getaways or a memorable family vacation. The space The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with comfy leather couch, dining room and sitting room. Off the kitchen is a deck over-looking the water and access to the Cape May boat launch. Outside Hot and Cold shower. The finished basement has a bedroom, bathroom and a Washer/Dryer. Parking for 2 cars in Driveway. Plenty of free street parking too. 2 Smart TVs, free Wi-FI. The kitchen is stocked with all plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Cooking utensils, including pots, pans and trays are also included. The house is fully stocked with all cleaning supplies. The dining room kitchen seats 8 and the outdoor table on the back deck seats 8 with gas grill. Other things to note The house does not come with linens or towels. (pillows and blankets will be provided). Bring your own linens or linens can be rented through Linen ladies in Cape May. We are happy to assist if you need help. We do not rent our home to guests under 25 years of age.
