Lots of room for lots of fun! One story unit, pet friendly! 3BR, 2 bath, fenced in private backyard w/ gas grill & seating/dining area. 3 blocks east to the FREE beaches & 2 blocks west to the bay. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle, amply street parking. No smoking. We are pet friendly with advanced notice and prior approval. Sheets/pillowcases & towels NOT provided. Guests must be 25yrs or older to book. ID verification may be requested by host to confirm. The space Renters must be over the age of 25 yrs. Unit is one side of a duplex. There are 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Comforters, pillows & an extra blanket are provided for all beds. Linens (towels & sheets) NOT included. Guest access Front door labeled #209. Other things to note Unit has 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, metal beach cart
