Congolese Hospitality-Upper Room

Thanks for your interest in my home. I am a travel nurse renting short term to fellow travel professionals. I live in a townhome, renting out 2 bedrooms on two different levels of the house. See my other listing for more details. This room has the bathroom right outside the room private to you. My home is 2 miles off Interstate 35/hwy 235 that will take you straight to all major hospitals in the Des Moines Metro, all within 15-25 minutes drive. Quiet neighborhood for both day/night nurses. The space The house is all electric, no need to worry about carbon monoxide. I hope you will find my home as a place of refuge while you are away from your. The house has few stairs to get to your room is upstairs. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen, living room (has a large screen TV) and dining room. I Like relaxing outside after work? Enjoy sitting on the balcony and watch the neighborhood activity. Guest access They are areas of the house that are shared space: dinning room, living room, kitchen, 3/4 bathroom by the kitchen, Laundry room and the balcony. The kitchen has full appliances available for your use, with the grill on the balcony. During your stay I work nights and have a tendency to nap during the day. Depending on what day of the week you check in, I’m available to chat and welcome you to my home, answer questions., etc. Text messaging is the best way to communicate with me, but feel free to call if you prefer.
