Located in a safe neighborhood right between Diamond Head and Waikiki, and down the hill from Kaimuki; an up-and-coming trendy area with some of the best restaurants on the south shore. The space The apartment is the spacious and breezy second floor of a vertical duplex, with a private staircase entrance. We are tucked right under Diamond Head, offering walkable access to popular beaches and neighborhoods. Situated just 3 blocks from Monterrat Ave, a popular strip with locals for breakfast, coffee, gelato, and other favorites. After refueling, Waikiki beach and Kapiolani Beach Park are just another 2 blocks away. Up the hill is Kaimuki, an up and coding area with great restaurants, coffee shops, local designers, book stores and more. Try to catch their Farmers Market on Saturdays at 'KCC'. As you'll see in the pictures the space has a large wrap around kitchen, a panal window framing Diamond Head Crater, a large lounging space, 1 full bath, 1 queen bd, and a breezeway office set up for 2 people. I have a complete weight set in the garage which you have full access to, and a washer dryer that is shared with my downstairs neighbors. Your room has beach towels and aloe gel already, but we can also provide chairs and unbrella for your day at the beach. Guest access You will have full access to the entire space, including use of the laundry facilities (shared with my downstairs neighbors), and my carport gym. During your stay I will communicate through the Airbnb app or over text. Other things to note Cat lovers required! I have a sweet indoor/outdoor cat named Luci. If you are allergic to cats, this won’t be the place for you. As part of your stay I ask that you ensure she stays fed and has fresh water. You will not need to change her litter box.
