The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided. The space The space is clean & bright. A trendy, yet timeless look. With Mount Pleasant being best known as "Home of the Old Threshers Reunion", you'll find the Guest House to be centrally located. We're just a few steps away from the ever popular Pickleball courts as well as the Amtrak Train Station. We're also just a short 6 minute walk to the Mount Pleasant Square, where you can experience local shops, coffee, restaurants, and the quaintness of small town living. *There is a Suite 1 (also available on Airbnb), but both units are completely private with separate entrances. There are no shared indoor spaces. Guest access Guests will have full access to Suite 2 and private use of the deck, which is covered with patio lights. Both driveway parking and street parking are available. The driveway is a shared driveway. Suite 2 guests should park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. One driveway spot as well as street parking are available. It is a fairly quiet street with little traffic. Watching your step, follow the lit sidewalk to the deck entrance where key code accessibility is provided. Other things to note A few extras, just for fun: -We are happy to provide a small supply of locally fresh roasted coffee beans, as well as a grinder. Ground, instant, Tea & hot chocolate are also provided. -A bag of pickleball equipment and a "how to" book, for your recreational pleasure. -Bring your login/password for Disney+, HBOmax, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HULU.
