Guest access You have a private entrance and access to the whole private apartment. Other things to note Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom. The building is a 4-plex, and this unit is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It does not share any walls with the neighboring units. There is one unit beneath it. Parking is all free street parking, you should be able to find a spot right out front.
