But I am only a couple minutes away if you prefer me to show you in. The lanai (balcony) is my favorite place on the planet! You can even sleep out under stars with the full ocean lullaby if you wish - just pull out the floor mattress from bedroom closet. But there is a comfy new cal king bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room - both with large flat screen cable tvs. Condo has central cooling, but chances are the lovely open air sea breeze is all you will need. Cooling is an evaporative system so is not as cold as some air conditioning systems. Full kitchen with regular-size appliances is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, can opener, blender, and microwave. Bathroom basic amenities are provided. There is a washer and dryer in condo and iron/board. All linens including beach towels are provided. Also snorkel gear, boogie boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Please rinse off sand and ocean water at wash station coming back into property from beach. You will love your stay at the Hawaiian Princess - the weather is almost always perfect!
