Public Transportation, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Walgreens Central, Harvard Sqs. Fully furnished, newly renovated chef's kitchen, bath and living room shared with one (maybe two) other roommates. Free laundry and monthly house cleaning. Ample street parking with permit, or off-street parking available for additional cost. The space This is a fully furnished, spacious room with abundance of closet/storage space. This room is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedroom so very private. Guest access The entire unit is shared with one (maybe two) other people, except your bedroom, which are private. This includes the kitchen, bathroom, living room, outdoor roof deck and two egresses. You have use of the basement for free laundry, which you will share with the other condo owners (only four). You also have use of the gardens and patio on the ground floor. Other things to note Please review the rules of the house. There are strictly enforced. No unauthorized guests. Longer term stays will be responsible for a portion of the utilities.
