Government ID matching info on booking credit card. Must be presented before check-in and will be verified before access is granted for security reasons! 2. NO smoking in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home. 3. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 3 pm, and check-out is 11 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 2:00 pm and/or late check-out at 1pm, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $30 via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you. 4. We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: 1-6 nights: $200; 7-29 nights: $300; 30+ nights: $500. 4. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night 5. No refunds for early checkouts or alteration requests for any reason unless expressed by us 6. No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. 7. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 8. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay 9. Please do not use the face towel as a kitchen towel. There will be a $10 charge if face towels were stained. If there is no paper towel, please let us know. 10. Quiet Hours: 9PM-9AM 11. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night 12. By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues that arise on the property with at least a 12-hour notice and without your consent. I.E. - WiFi issues, water heating, plumbing, security cameras disconnected/troubleshooting, etc. 13. If excessive wear and tear are found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, or stains on furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. Please Don’t Put Any Stickers, Tape, or Pictures on the walls. Extra fees will be charged for any items that are too large for us to discard such as wood pallets from deliveries and/or large heavy items 14. Please Don’t Throw Anything in the toilet other than Toilet Paper. 15. We require a $300 security deposit for stays 28 nights or longer and once a month cleaning of $100 extra fee. 16. We charge a $150 security deposit for any same-day one-night reservation. *We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only *Please be aware the unit is in the state of New Jersey near a wooded area there may be pests like ants, flies, beetles, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
