My home is in a building that was built in the 1800s. My condo does have an amazing private roof deck but that means I’m on the top floor, which means you have to be fine climbing three flights of stairs to reach my home. If climbing stairs is not your thing then my beautiful home might not be the best fit for you. If you like a tiny bit of exercise then my home will be perfect for you. Other things to note TRASH (instructions/concerns for long stays only) - Trash and recycling are collected on both Tuesdays and Fridays, across the street. Trash must be placed for collection no later than 7:00AM on the scheduled day. Late placement contributes to missed pick-ups. Trash/Recycling cannot be placed curbside for pickup any earlier than 5 PM on the preceding evening. However, residents are urged to place trash out on the morning of pick-up by 7:00am, rather than the night before. This will significantly reduce the opportunity for spillage and scavenging.
