Family lake getaway with large deck, covered dock, and roomy backyard. Each of the 3 downstairs bedrooms has a king bed & attached bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms are small and sleep 3 each in bunks and twins - ideal for kids. The space BEDROOMS: 5 bedrooms provide lots of space for family. - Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a window facing the lake. Direct bathroom access with jetted tub and shower, shared with common area. - Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. - Bedrooms 4 & 5 are upstairs. Bedroom 4 has a lofted full bed over a twin and bedroom 5 has a twin over twin bunk bed and twin single bed. These small rooms are perfect for kids (no bathroom upstairs). KITCHEN: Kitchen with granite countertops has everything you need. Refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and dishwasher make cooking and cleanup a breeze! Grab a barstool and sit at the counter bar for meals and snacks. BREAKFAST AREA: A small glass dining table with four chairs. LIVING ROOM: Open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room provides guests with a comfortable space to enjoy the lake views through the windows along the back wall of the house. Two couches with a coffee table are provided for relaxing, playing games, or watching TV. OUTDOOR AREA: Large deck and concrete patio off the back of the house with dining set, picnic table, and fire pit with six Adirondack chairs. The covered dock has a table and chairs as well as four Adirondack chairs to watch the sunset. All linens are provided for 12 guests (sheets, bath towels, etc.) Initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags provided. ====WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR STAY==== Soap, shampoo, and conditioner Coffee grounds, Keurig pods, creamer, and sugar. Extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for longer stays. Sunscreen and bug spray. THINGS TO REMEMBER: - Outdoor video recording and outdoor audio monitoring (no recording) for security purposes. - No pets are allowed. Guest access Pier and dock are available for use - cleats are available to tie up your boat to the dock. A boat launch is minutes away at Jim's Place ($5 charge and trailers can be left there on request) or use the public launch in New Roads across the lake. Guests have access to the property except for a locked owners' closet near the laundry area. Owner's boat and lift are not for guest use. Other things to note Only registered guests please. No parties or events. Bring sunscreen and bug spray - this is a Louisiana lake property!!!
