Dog Friendly completely fenced in with Doggie-Door in Dining Room; $350 dog fee; Lots of things to do & space to Entertain ; Pool, Hot Tub, large TVs, 2 Bars, Game Room; GYM; Volleyball Court; Piano; Beds for 12 but will allow up 20 with a fee of $300/pp over our base rate of 12.. We have several air-mattress, and sofas for beds. your,own beds and/or Bedding maybe required. Possible to set up a tent in backyard; Master bedroom is the only one on the main floor. All others require steps. The space This Central Air-Conditioned & radiant Floor Heated Home sits on 2 private, fenced in acres. We have a Pool, Hot Tub, walk-out Basement Game Room/Bar Party area! and now a Piano! We have 5 Bedrooms to sleep 12 people. We have two large Sofas & extra floor space to set-up air mattresses, to accommodate up to our allowed maximum occupancy of 20(over 12 extra fee pp/$300 charged) The Gym has room to set-up Air Mattresses also. If you have extra Guests you may be required to bring their own beds and/or bedding, etc. Just inquire about how I can help get your Beds set-up. Front Porch has 2 Adirondack rocking chairs, to sit an enjoy your morning Coffee or a quiet afternoon glass of wine on the Front Porch Swing. Our Doorbell is a Ring Camera Device. We have big grass (fenced) yards for the Dogs to run & play; also, Volleyball/Badminton Net. Basketball Hoop in large, paved driveway which can park 8+ cars. In the wintertime 2 small sledding hills for the kids (and Adults) we have 3 Sleds! 6/8-person Hot Tub that heats to 105 degrees! Outdoor fire-pit on Patio; Our indoor 2-Sided Fireplace is huge & awesome! We are also within driving distance (less than 1 hour) to several Ski Mountains & Indoor Waterparks for easy Day trips! Help yourself to our Garden for fresh vegetables. Pool Patio is beautiful! Just a few steps off the Back Dining Porch with Table for 8, is our Pool & Cabana. We have Corn-hole Boards (2 sets) & a Cabana with Bar, TV, Refrigerator & Freezer. Cabana has Ceiling Fan, TV, and Alexa for Music. Also has an Audiocast hook-up to play your own music on Outdoor Pool/Porch speakers. Our Pool is custom built with 2 Sun Shelves for chairs to bask in the Sun & Water! We have a 5' round Dog Pool to cool off the Pups & also a Doggie Door in the Dining room so they can go in and out as they please, to give you more relaxed time. (Can be blocked shut) Outdoor wood fire-pit with seating & another outdoor Gas-burning Fire table with rocking cushioned seats. Finished walk-out basement with many windows for Sunlight & Custom-Built large Bar that seats 12+; large Frig & Freezer, microwave; TV, Pool Table/Ping-Pong, Dart Board, and big Round Game Table (with Games) with 6 Pub style Chairs; Shuffleboard Table, Ring-toss; Full Bathroom shared with the King-sized Guest Bedroom with TV, has Ceiling Fan, Vanity, Closet and Body Massage Chair with Foot massage. Home Gym with TV, Ceiling Fan and Elliptical Machine, Treadmill; free Weights; Bench Press, etc. The House features a Great room with large windows, with electric Blinds. Gorgeous Wood-burning Fireplace (Wood provided); sectional recliner Sofa with TV; open style into the Dining Table (seats 6) area & Kitchen; Island with 4 Stools Up the spiral stairs, is a Loft and Queen Bedroom. The Loft overlooks the Great Room and sleeps 2 on the Queen Bed. Also, up here is a Queen Bed (privacy Door) that is a Futon Sofa Bed (extremely comfortable) to sleep 2; There is room for a Queen Luxury Air mattress (provided) , to sleep 2 more. There is a TV, Fan, Desk, and Book Library (mostly Travel Books). Through the Dining area/Kitchen there is a ½ Bath (also opens out to Pool Porch Patio), Full sized LG Washing Machine & Dryer; Large Country Pantry; Hooks and Shelves for Coats, Boots, Shoes, etc. Kitchen has a Ninja Coffee Maker & also a Keurig Coffee Maker; large Frig & Freezer, Gas Stove & Oven; Ninja Air Fryer/Toaster Oven. Up the stairs to the “Apartment Wing” with Living Room with large TV, Bathroom with Walk-in Shower with Window & 2 Queen Bedrooms (East/West Wing); has small kitchenette with 4 Counter Bar stools, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Regular Size Pot Coffee Maker & also a Nespresso Coffee machine, Sink, & small Refrigerator; each Bedroom has its own Fan. Garage remains locked for Owner Storage. Renters can use the Storage Shed next to the Garden. Shed holds 2 Adult Female/Male bikes with Helmets; Pool Toys; and 4 snow Sleds in the winter. There is a Mountain Lake nearby and we have 2 Kayaks and life jackets/coolers for you to use, requires your own Truck to get them there! The Lake has a General Store, Bar/Restaurant and is electric motors only. You can fish and hike the Jenny Jump Mtn Trail. Also is Silver Lake, less than 5 miles away. Nearby Things to do: Land of Make-Believe Waterpark 3 miles; Island Park Drag way 1/2 mile; Jenny Jump State Park trails 3 miles; Greenwood Observatory 3.5 miles, Pequest River Trout Hatchery near fishing and hiking trail 2.5 miles; Shawnee Mountain Ski Area 28 miles; Vernon Valley Ski Area & Waterpark 34 miles; Lake Hopatcong (motorboats & many restaurants) 18 miles; Delaware River Water Gap National Recreation Area 30 miles; NYC/Manhattan 1 hour straight East on Route 80. Route 80 access is less than 10 minutes from House. Close by, we have many Antique Shops, Country Farms with seasonal Events & activities. Haunted Hayride @ Corrado Farms.
