No parties or events permitted. 2. Please be considerate of other residents. There are tenants in the building who work non-traditional hours, so some normal building noise may occasionally be heard late at night or early in the morning. 3. No smoking inside the apartment. Guests are welcome to smoke outside or along Boulevard East while enjoying the view 🙂 4. Accidents happen — just let us know.
