Walking distance from the beach, marina, and Viking Village shops. One mile from the lighthouse, which makes for a fun family bike ride along the bay. We offer multiple outdoor decks to enjoy the sunrise, and happy hour festivities from our rooftop deck. Outdoor dining is convenient, located right outside the kitchen. Rentals are Friday to Friday. Guest access Guests will have access to the second and third floors of the house, along with the rooftop deck. Guests will also have access to the laundry room which is located on the first floor with a separate entrance.The remaining portion of the first floor living area and garage are reserved for homeowners.
