Goat Shanty

This was an outbuilding that was renovated into a small guest house. The property is next to our main residence and serves as extra space for our small farm animals. The listing has a loft area for extra sleeping. This space was design for the Airbnb community as we had a great experience with our other listing. The Main house on the property is home to year-round renter and the tenants will not be able to provide any help. All contact shall be made via the airbnb site for any assistance. The space There are fresh linen provided as well as an extra set. The kitchen does NOT have a stove or oven but does include a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and a hot plate. The kitchen is stocked with pot and pans a set of dishes and the basic kitchen utensils. The apartment is less than a mile from town beach and beautiful Marion Village. There is a small deck in which guest can enjoy a cocktail and a smoke in a lazy summer evening. Guest access Guest will be able to park directly in front of the entrance door. They will have access to the apartment and the side and back yard area. They also my use the grill and fire pit in the back. Other things to note We do have dogs on the property. The Shanty sits way back off the Main road and from the back yard you can watch the wildlife. Many guests have truly enjoyed watching the farm animals and wildlife. Lots to see
