Gated Parking. Full sleeper sofa & 1 Queen Bed. Large lanai in front with partial bay view. Awesome location and brand new! The space Master has 1 new queen bed, closet, new furnishings including dresser and night stands. Access to large outdoor lanai. Blackout curtains. Luxury linens. Full size sleeper sofa in living room. Large smart TV- no cable, but you can access any of your personal subscription services. Free fast wifi included. Access to large lanai from living room. Kitchen has new fridge, oven and microwave. The unit is not able to have dishwasher so we have drying rack available for washing dishes. There is a separate lanai/entrance off the kitchen. Fully equipped with all new kitchen furnishings. Bathroom has tub/shower and vanity area. New luxury linens. Two separate entrances to upstairs unit. House is gated, manual gate that is easy to open/close. Parking for 1 car inside the gate. Outdoor area includes outdoor washer/dryer- used by both apartments. Our brother in law lives in downstairs unit. He watches our cute dog when we are out of town- Coco- (20 pound small dog who loves everyone!). She stays inside most of the time. Amazing location- you can walk to Starbuck's, Long's, 7-Eleven, many restaurants, banks, - even bayfront /downtown / fruit market, etc. Central location and close to everything. Very close to Hilo Medical Center for those who are working there and needing temporary housing. We love visiting nurses and doctors and work with you on long term rental while you are here in Hilo.
