Sunny 2-bedroom apt w/ 2 car parking & pvt deck

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place right in the heart of charming Ball Square. Take the green line, 3 min walk away, into downtown Boston or drive 15 minutes to get to the center of Boston. You will also be 15 minutes from Davis square where you can catch the red line to Harvard square. Busy by day and quiet by night, this location is perfect for those looking to explore what Boston has to offer. The space This space is charming, cozy, full of plants and centrally located to Boston. It is in an old building and the apartment is about 1100 square feet. There is a front porch which is for this unit only which you can access from the door closest to the living room. There is two covered garage spaces for parking. As you can see from the listing photos, the apartment it is not updated but everything works well and will be clean. Given that it is an older building there may be a little dust in places if you are inspecting closely. The back staircase up to the apartment is narrow not carpeted. If you are worried about being able to climb the stairs or carry your bags up, there is a front stair case which is wider and carpeted. Please let me if you have any concerns or questions! Guest access You have access to every part of the house Other things to note The front door to the building locks from the outside and if it’s not locked correctly, the door will swing open. Unfortunately the door has been left wide open in the past so I now ask everyone to only use the back stair case to enter and exit the apartment. Given the nature of this apartment being in an old building the electrical system cannot tolerate multiple high energy appliances operating at the same time. An example is running all of the AC's (there are three) on high or using the microwave and toaster simultaneously. The issue is resolved with a breaker box in the basement. (this has only been an issue a few times) I have the place listed as suitable for up to 6 but there are only two bedrooms. There is space for an air mattress in the living or dining room. An air mattress is provided and is located under the room labelled as "guest room" There are three lovely people who live in the downstairs and upstairs apartments. You may see them coming in or out of the house. Feel free to say hello! Please note that the house isn’t sound proof so please be considerate with walking around in heels and loud talking etc. The back stairs are a bit steep and narrow and without carpet, but there is a handrail.
