You'll wake up every morning to the sound of ocean waves and end each day around the outdoor firepit surrounded by your loved ones. What's nearby: With more than four miles of lovely beaches, scenic paths through the woods and glades, and beautiful coastal light, Rockport is sure to delight guests of all ages. From local art galleries and museums to nearby historical sites, there's plenty to do and see. For a fun stroll through town, check out the Bearskin Neck area less than a mile south, which offers an array of local shops, restaurants, and amenities on Sandy Bay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is right on the ocean, but it is not on a beach. Access to the water is not easy and this may not be a safe place to swim. The footpath from the driveway to the house is downhill, but the return walk uphill may be difficult for those with mobility issues. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. Outdoor fires are prohibited. Guest access Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The primary lockbox is on the doorframe to the left of the door, with a backup on the railing post. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee - you'll receive an email or SMS offer if either is possible for your dates. Other things to note The home comes stocked with complimentary start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. You'll be responsible for any additional supplies you need during your stay. All linens, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with additional options available in the unit.
