This private & cozy modern cottage is a true home-away-from-home. Complete with a fenced in yard and attached garage for secure parking. Perfect for traveling nurses and others looking for a long-term stay. The space Built in 1947 as post-war housing, this cozy cottage has cove ceilings, hardwood floors, and is furnished with modern and minimalist decor. This cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is a completely private home-away-from-home. Ideal for long-term guests, weekend travelers, and small families. It has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. Both have fresh white bedding, dressers, and roomy closets. The living room hosts a variety of board games, books, and local maps as well as a TV with access to Hulu and Amazon Prime. High speed wireless internet is included as well. The kitchen is compact (no dishwasher) but is still fully functional with stove, oven, microwave, sink, etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Washer/dryer are also located in the home for guest use. There is an attached single-car garage for secure parking and a fenced in yard. Families with children are welcome - there is a school with a playground and outdoor basketball courts right across the street as well as a public park with pickleball/tennis courts, baseball fields, and a newly updated playground set one block away. Guest access Guests will have full access to all parts of the house, attached garage, and yard. This is a completely private and quiet home for full guest use. We will be available to answer any questions guests may have. The key pad door entry allows travelers to self check-in and arrive late/leave early, if needed. Please enter through the garage door on the side of the home. Other things to note Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Not Permitted For safety, utility, and fairness reasons, charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at this property. This includes plugging into any outlet inside or outside the home, including with extension cords or adapters. Our home is not equipped with a dedicated EV charging station, and unauthorized charging creates a significant and unpredictable electrical load that may pose safety risks and lead to excessive utility use. Guests found charging electric vehicles will be subject to additional fees and may be asked to vacate the property per platform policy. If you are traveling with an electric vehicle, we kindly ask that you plan ahead to use nearby public charging stations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
