6 - Oliver Suite - Ocean Views (175 sq ft)

Welcome to Oliver's Suite which is located on the third floor. This room has the sun rise in the morning that creates spectacular views. The view over looks the north side of the house and has "Ocean Views" of Revere Beach, Nahant and points further north. The unique room features a queen bed and a sitting area to relax in. There is a full bathroom with a rain shower and a half bathroom both just steps away. ( See Pics) The space The Forever Green is a grand Victorian home built in the 1880s by my Great Grandfather. The house was totally renovated with the time period in mind and is now meticulously maintained with all the modern conveniences including central air conditioning, Airbnb compatible wifi locks on all doors, radiant heated hardwood floors, free wifi, return air system, & fire suppression system throughout the entire house. Perfectly situated within walking distance to Winthrop Beach, as well as some of Winthrop's fine dining establishments. Travelers are welcome to enjoy our quaint seaside town while still being close to the city of Boston and Logan Airport. This is my home I will be sharing with my guest(s) who will be treated like family. You will experience what it was like in the 1880s when you stay at the Forever Green. Guest access Guests are also welcome to enjoy the (common areas on the) main floor of the home. The historical architecture can be admired from any of our sitting rooms. The Fireplace Room and the Oak room sun porch are cozy places to sit and relax in the evenings. Our open air, wrap around porch is the perfect place to admire the sunrise or a warm summer night. For our guests' convenience we also have 2 and a half baths on the main floor and additional bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Every bedroom is equipped with a mini refrigerator so the use of the kitchen is limited to the Island and microwave - use of the stove and refrigerator are upon request. During your stay * If you have any questions at all , I am available to all guest by cell phone or in person at the house. Other things to note If you don't have a profile picture, i will request a photo of your driver's license for security purposes.
