The space A modern, comfortable, clean, and quiet space for relaxation and a short walk to the beach! Throw in a free parking spot and getting to the beach is as easy as a summer breeze! Beach tags provided! Guest access The entire apartment is yours during the stay! Other things to note Please note our building, like most buildings in Seaside Heights, is old and dated in the common areas. This includes the exterior, entry, and shared hallway. We have no control over how this looks but acknowledge it looks dated at best. Also note our unit is on the SECOND floor, requiring a walk up & down exterior steps from street level. The condo is one level and contains no stairs, but there are stairs to climb to reach the condo itself. During the summer, we have window AC units to help cool the bedrooms at night, and a large wall AC unit cooling the living, dining, and kitchen areas during the day! Radiant baseboard heat is in every room in case it gets cool during the winter. We provide four (4) beach tags during the beach season! MINIMUM renter age is 25. PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED. We are part of a HOA building with year-round residents. ANY disruption to our community will result in immediate removal with no refund. STRP License #1733
