You and yours you will have full access to your side of the Shotgun with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen, and living room with a sleeper sofa. The beautiful, landscaped front yard is bordered by a white picket fence and the fenced backyard is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing as you look up at the State Capitol. The master bedroom has a queen bed and sink. Bedroom # 2 has a queen pull out couch and direct access to the back yard. Walk to the State Capitol, Capitol Park Museum, State Library: 1 minute! Downtown grocery store, bars, restaurants, Mississippi River; and Bluesfest 5 Minutes! 1/2 Block from LA Marathon start, Bookfest. Best home to view the Spanish Town Mardi Gras Parade. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the sights and sounds of Baton Rouges oldest neighborhood or relax next to the fire pit under the gazebo in the private backyard in the shadows of the State Capitol. The front and back yard in fully fenced for you and your dog. The backyard is perfect for entertaining. Guest access Entire front and back yard, both are fenced and dog friendly.
