Upstairs you’ll find 3 ultra cozy bedrooms and an enclosed claw foot soaking tub. Salts, bubbles, bath bombs and candles included. Contact me for discounts on extended stays! Welcome! You will enter in the side driveway door via the keypad. After entering, you’ll take a few steps up to the main floor. There is a cute kitchen complete with K-cup coffees, along with teas, sugar, stevia and a milk frother. There is an open dining room with 4 chairs and 2 counter stools. There are plenty of board games and some books to keep you busy at the table. In the living room you’ll find a 57 inch tv, with streaming service available using your own logins. Free Wi-Fi is on the house. We also have a new “old school” Nintendo for the tv. There is a record player that plays records, cd’s, tapes and the radio. There is a living room coat closet where you’ll find a vacuum, should you need it. The enclosed front porch has rocking chairs perfect for gazing out the big windows. The back of the house has a 3 seasons sunroom, good for spreading out. The backyard is partially fenced. You’ll enjoy saying hello to Sonja’s chickens who live next door. There is a patio table and some party lights. Back inside, all 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms are small and cozy. The master has a king bed and walk in closet. The middle room has bunk beds and a desk. The 3rd room has a daybed, a trundle and a walk in closet. To complete this level, you have a full bath with an enclosed claw foot soaking tub. While you cannot stand in this tub, there is a sprayer. We’ve provided epsom salt, baking soda, bubble bath, bath bombs and candles. Just to make sure you’re super comfortable, we’ve added 2 brand new window AC units upstairs, should you need them, along with a box fan. There is a pack n play, as well. Heading to the basement, you’ll find the 2nd full bath with a stand up shower. This is also the laundry room and the place to find extra bedding and towels. Lastly, the bonus room! My kids love this room. Here we have a couch that could be used for sleeping , if you are the surfing kind. There is a foosball table and some toys to keep littles happy. All cleaning products, vacuum, brooms, mops, laundry supplies, garbage bags and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper provided. No parties are allowed in this Airbnb. We use the same cleaner every time. She charges us $140 per visit, which is what is charged to you. She does a good job :) There are no checkout procedures! You have free reign of the whole house. No locked doors here. There are tons of nooks to explore. Extra supplies available in the house if you run out. Please do not take anything home with you from the house. All items and back up supplies in the house are to stay in the house. No parties are allowed in this Airbnb. We live about 15 minutes away. You can contact us in whatever way is most convenient for you. Texting will be the quickest. This is an established neighborhood with most of the homes on the street belonging to long term owners. The neighbors have been assured that no parties will be taking place at this house. Nearby you’ll see historic grain elevators that are no longer in use. There is talk of these potentially being turned into a future community space. If you are feeling outdoorsy, it’s fun to walk over and take a look up close. The neighbors are very nice and there are a few kids that like to play outside. There is quick access to the interstate and downtown. We are a super fast drive to Adventureland, Prairie Meadows, Wells Fargo Arena and of course, we are very close to the Fairgrounds. We have a single drive, which could hold 3-4 cars front to back. Parking is available on the street also. Uber, Lyft and taxis service this area. Our goal is for you to be sad to leave. If there is anything you need, don’t hesitate to ask.
