This is a private bedroom with a shower in Craig's shared 5 bedroom historic townhouse. You will share the common areas of the house with other guests including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor tiled patio. Central Air and Heat. The space Private bedroom located on 3rd floor. Queen size bed easily sleeps two with one Queen size bed and a single air mattress available if traveling with a 3rd person. The room is attached to a Private shower room with sink. However the toilet/commode is located in the main bathroom down the hall and is shared with other guests. 2 closets in this room along with a desk and chair. Share the common living room, kitchen, and dining room of this home. Nice elevated & tiled outdoor patio deck with cafe table & chairs often catches the cool ocean breeze on hot summer days. Laundry use available for long term stays (ask for further details), central air conditioning, wireless internet, and cable tv in room included. This room is in Craig's 5 bedroom townhome. Craig lives here with some roommates and offers his extra rooms to short term Airbnb guests. Guest access Access to the common areas of the house. Includes the main bathroom/toilet, living room and kitchen use. Must keep clean upon finishing of each use. During your stay I live in the house with some other roommates and Airbnb guests . We are friendly and open to guests staying here, mostly busy with work, and know the area well. We do not party in this house. Other things to note Great location if you are traveling without a car. Walking distance to almost everything. Bus stops at the corner. One block walk to the 24 hour jitney shuttle that runs every few minutes all around the city. 2 blocks to the beach, beach bars, ocean, and boardwalk. Tropicana is one block away and is one of the most exciting casinos in AC and has an IMAX theater, shopping, restaurants, clubs and a Havana Cuba theme.
