Sometimes the towels might have blotches ( I.e bleach stains, burn marks, or tears.) furthermore our Housekeeping does their best to make sure that there are no hairs in the towels, if a hair is left behind, it's from the Housekeeping staff. We strive for this that never happen. If you are not satisfied with our linens please let us know, and we will swap them out for you.
