Off street parking and self check-in for easy access for guests. An extra bed can be provided for a 5th guest, upon request. The common area has an open view of the surrounding forest hills and the shopping plaza and is set up with 2 coffee tables and 2 sets of comfortable chairs. Here you can do your work or just relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. For your convenience, there is a desk with a comfortable executive chair in the living room. Free WiFi provides fast internet to the entire space that is suitable for work. The access passcode will be provided on your day of arrival. 50" Philips HD TV in the living room with Roku, provides free streaming of 100s of movies, shows, and News. Streaming services such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime, HULU and etc. are available as well. However, you will need to enter and use your own streaming account for these services. Guest access We provide extra security and safety for our guests by having a passcode Keypad entrance to the house's common enclosed porch. The access passcode will be provided on your day of arrival. The porch leads to the entrance of the 1st-floor apartment and another entrance to the 2nd-floor. The enclosed porch is shared with the host and the guests. Your private space is your apartment. Behind the house, You will find a roomy yard with pine trees for short walks. If you enjoy playing golf, there is a flagstick with a golf hole for mini-golf practice. Feel free to use the grill and the outdoor table with benches as well. The hosts live in the next house across the driveway and will be available if you need anything, but we will not bother you. *** Let us know if you need to arrive before 2 pm, sometimes that is an option.
