Pipeline and Sunset surf spots are just 20 minutes away. NO PARTYING! (loud obnoxious drunken behavior!)NO SMOKING!This is a QUIET neighborhood please do not disrespect our peaceful way of life. This is a bottom floor 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a separate entrance that is part of a duplex. Both bedrooms INCLUDE portable A.C. units. The living room does NOT have A.C. Most homes by the beach in Hawaii are like this, open the ample windows and slider and enjoy the cool trade winds. A washer and dryer are provided. Enjoy fast WIFI and a 50inch TV with Amazon Prime Video. Please BRING your own beach towels! Beach chairs are provided. Host is a native Hawaiian who lives in a separate upstairs unit and will be available if I’m around and not traveling overseas. There may be some noise transfer from host family upstairs. This is a family friendly QUIET neighborhood. Back patio and yard is off limits past 8:30pm out of respect for our neighbors and host. Any drunken, loud, obnoxious, disrespectful behavior will be dealt with swiftly by host who lives on property including immediate eviction with NO refund! NO partying! This is a local community we do not take kindly to visitors disrespecting our peaceful way of life. You will have the best vacation ever filled with Aloha and treated like family if these rules are followed. Mahalo! *Hawaii is located in the TROPICS please be aware insects are a fact of life here. You may see a few of them around even though we spot treat regularly for them. I provide fly swatters and bug spray. Also geckos live in every house in Hawaii if you see them inside don’t panic they are harmless please leave them alone they help eat the bugs. 🤙
