It boasts expansive views, resort style accommodations, fruit orchards, coffee plants and a collection of Hibiscus plants. Imagine wandering through the orchard and picking fresh fruit for a breakfast feast! Enjoy the fresh squeezed OJ from tree ripened oranges, excellent by itself or in a mimosa. The space Lokahi Orchards is located at 800 feet above sea level, on the lush slopes of the dormant Hualalai Volcano, it boasts expansive views, resort style accommodations, fruit orchards, coffee trees and one of the largest private collections of Hibiscus plants. This estate enjoys cooler temperatures and is naturally cooled by trade winds. A sliding wall of glass in the open plan living area provides unforgettable ocean views. Slide the glass doors open to the lanai and create a 2000 sq ft space for relaxing, gathering and party to your own music with the built in sound system. Steps from the lanai is a hot tub, sun heated 60 foot lap pool and sun deck for enjoyment of your entire party. The gas powered tiki torches add a nice touch at night. While outside, you can continue out across a luscious lawn (perfect for bocci ball, tossing the football, or a game of croquet) to a gazebo set up with day bed - the perfect place for a massage. The on-site hosts live in a private, separately accessed bedroom and you shouldn't see us unless when we are working on the farm or you need our assistance. Guest access The primary suite will take your breath away. Soaring ceilings, custom cabinets made with native Hawaiian wood, king size bed, high end furniture, bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, smart toilet, walk-in closet with tons of storage area, and a bonus area with two beds if you want your children near. The estate has a gourmet kitchen perfect for a large parties. Wolf range, Subzero fridge, outdoor Viking grill, two sinks, two dishwashers, beverage cooler, ice machine, and bar seating for socializing. Your guests will be very pleased with their own rooms. Each has sliding doors opening to ocean views and an outside terrace, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV. The guest bedrooms are adjacent to a peaceful courtyard with a koi pond. For that member of your group who just can't get away from work, there is a spacious private office offering fast internet (fast internet throughout the house). They can disengage from the group, take care of business and quickly get back to their Hawaiian holiday. Other things to note Some people spend their entire vacation without leaving the estate. If you want to explore the area, the estate is centrally located and close to Kailua-Kona. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, airport, and historic sites are a quick car ride away. This is a quiet and tranquil community. It is important to note that you will forfeit the remaining nights of your stay with no reimbursement if noise ordinance rules are not adhered to.
