Other things to note 🌺 Important Information for Your Stay 🏡 Studio Location The studio is attached to our main house, but you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy with your own entrance, lanai, and dedicated parking spot. 👥 Number of Guests Please book for the correct number of guests. If your reservation shows only one, we’ll reach out to confirm. 📅 Booking for Others Only those staying in the studio may book. If you’re booking for someone else, contact us first. 🚿 Bathroom Care * The bathroom floors are not waterproof: * Keep the shower curtain liner tucked inside the shower pan. * Hang wet bath mat outside to air dry or request a fresh one. * Drape damp bathing suits/beach towels over chairs outside. * Wipe up any water on the floor immediately. 🚽 Septic System Flush toilet paper only and avoid excessive amounts. 🍽️ Local Restaurants * Hana Hou: breakfast, lunch & dinner, open 8 AM–8 PM daily. * Ocean View (15 mins west) offers more dining options. * See Guidebook for more options. 🛒 Grocery Shopping Best options are in Kona or Hilo; local shopping is limited and more expensive. Ocean View (15 mins west) has two full grocery stores. More details in our Guidebook. 👶 Children & Safety Children are welcome, but the suite is not childproof. Cleaning products and chemicals are accessible under sinks. Supervise children at all times and use extra caution near the fire pit. 🐸 Wildlife Sounds Enjoy Hawaii’s natural sounds: coqui frogs at night and birds in the morning. Close windows and use air conditioning or ceiling fan for comfort. 🐾 Service Animals Notify us at booking if bringing a service animal.
