Come relax and enjoy views in every direction in this secluded yet close by rural escape. Located North of Belgrade, the house is on a working farm and ranch. It is 10 minutes to Belgrade or the airport, and quick access to I-90 and HWY 191 (Big Sky/W. Yellowstone). The space The apartment is above our garage, attached to our home. The apartment itself is separated from our interior living space by a hallway and two doors. The rental is the entire apartment, a 1,200 sq ft unit and includes the following: KITCHEN/DINING The apartment has a full kitchen with microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, etc. There is a peninsula bar with seating for 3 and a dining room table with seating for 4. There are the typical appliances, including a Nespresso machine. There is also a regular drip coffee machine and hot water kettle stored in the pantry. LIVING SPACE The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining through an open space design. The living area has a couch and armchair with a 55’’ smart TV. There is also a desk and chair for a workplace. MASTER BEDROOM Very spacious bedroom with walk-in closet and dresser. King bed. 2ND BEDROOM The smaller bedroom with a dresser and Queen bed. BATHROOM Full bath with shower and bathtub. ENTRY/LAUNDRY Spacious entry area to kick off everything. There is a full sized washer and dryer and a separate large closet in the entry area as well. ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR USE In the entry closet for our guests are a boot/glove dryer, and cooler for your use while staying with us. There are also ice packs for the cooler in the freezer. *We also provide 2 cans of bear spray for guests if they would like to borrow them. They are stored on the top shelf in the coat closet. LOCATION The house is well off of the main (public) road down a 1,500 ft driveway. The house is surrounded by pasture and the ranch fully surrounds the property, giving you unobstructed 360 degree views of the mountain ranges circling the valley. Guest access Access is via a dedicated external entry, up 1 story of stairs. Digital key pad dead bolt for keyless entry and physical key backup in a lock box if needed. There is a single parking space immediately at the bottom of the stairs and space for additional parking at the end of the driveway. Other things to note We live on an active working farm and ranch. Depending on the season we will have everything from calving (baby calves being born) in April to summer haying to winter feeding. When you drive into the house you'll pass a shed with corrals and a hay stack. There can be a fair amount of activity there, especially in Winter and Spring, so just be aware of tractor traffic, etc.
