The space The space Centrally located mid-way up the Plum Island strip, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is in the perfect spot to enjoy everything Plum Island! This home has a front deck with comfortable seating as well as an enclosed and private seating and dining area out back. On the second floor, the upper deck is great for viewing the beach sunrises and sunsets. It is just a short walk to the beach, down the side street 3 homes away. Main Level: Upon entry, you will find an open area with a wood fireplace and small sitting area. Off to the left is a large open living room with a huge couch and smart tv. A workspace with a desk is also in this space. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to an enclosed outside patio with a gas grill for all your barbeque needs, a sitting area, an dining table with seating for 6 and 2 chairs to lay out and sun. To the right of the front door, you will find the kitchen that is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware and more. The dining table seats 6 comfortability. The kitchen also includes a toaster, microwave, a coffee maker. On the first floor you will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer and beach towels. The one bathroom is located on the first floor as well with a linen closet that includes towels, wash clothes and extra linens for all of the beds. Bedroom 1: Located on the 1st floor, it includes an queen size bed, with a dresser, closet and tv that has limited streaming services. The closet stores extra pillows and blankets for your needs. Bedroom 2: This bedroom is on the 2nd floor and includes 2 twin sizes beds and a dresser. This bedroom has views of the ocean. It's bright and airy with ocean peaks and access to the upper deck. Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor and features a queen size bed, a twin size bed and a futon. This room has a ton of windows making it bright and airy for the ocean air. It has 2 dressers and a small closet. Extra pillows and blankets are also located in this closet. Outdoor: Private driveway with parking for 3 cars. Features a front deck with ample seating and an umbrella. On the side of the front deck, includes a hose to spray off your sandy feet after a long day at the beach. A patio behind the house enclosed by a fence features an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. This space also includes a gas grill, and comfortable seating to gather around, including patio twinkle lights when it gets dark. The remote for the lights is inside the living room on the wall. Behind the deck you will also find the GMello trash can, which all trash can be placed in upon leaving. The patio box also includes several beach chairs for your use. Linens: All linens are provided for the appropriate bedding located in the closet just outside the bathroom. You will also find all bath towels there. Beach towels are provided for your convenience and located above the washer and dryer. Toiletries: The shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As well as 2 rolls of toilet paper for your stay. PLEASE NOTE: The small mini fridge in the laundry room, the basement and the closet outside the laundry room are reserved for owner's use only. The space is supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper and a paper towel roll, if you needing more, you are responsible for providing this yourself. The driveway is tight for 4 cars, so please plan accordingly and carpool if you can. Please rinse your sandy feet off before entering the house. The hose can be found on the left side of the front deck. Beach chairs are provided for your stay and located behind the fence in the box. The beach is just a short walk, walking down the side street directly next to the home and entering the path.
