Fantastic location! The ocean is reached by a short walk on one of the few sandy roads left on the Cape so the neighborhood is quiet, and travelled only by people vacationing there. However, shopping and activities are close by. The Bay has warm water coming up from the Gulf Stream and is between Great Island and Hyannisport. The sounds of the birds in the morning & the sunsets in the evenings top off a wonderful vacation. 3 night min. Water is even warmer in September and possibly October. The space A sunny house with a secluded backyard, about 8 houses back from Lewis Bay's warm salt-water beach. Two bedrooms, 1 queen-size bed, and two single beds. Large living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, plus a second sofa with a full pullout bed --at one end of the room a piano. Private yard with over-sized patio, outdoor enclosed shower. Air conditioners and fans. Fully equipped kitchen; dining area overlooking patio. Gas grill. In the center of shopping, family activities and restaurants*. A short drive to Hyannis, airport, ferries and museums. Guest access House and yard. Other things to note Close to at least 4 warm water beaches--3 within walking distance, fourth about 5 minute drive. Near restaurants , shopping, golf, fishing,Kennedy Museum, amusements for kids, Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, airport and loads more for adults and kids.
