Condo in New Orleans
Description
Welcome home to your exquisitely comfortable and stylish studio on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. This space is brand new and we have spared no expense in creating it for your enjoyment. The space The is a small entryway off the main property gate highlighted by a custom mural, reminiscent of a chic Parisienne apartment. The large studio space is formerly the owners unit of this mansion, and has everything you need for a long stay. There is a king size bed, a writing desk, plenty of storage space, and a cozy sectional to curl up with a good book or dine on the marble café table. The space is decorated with the finest French antiques and carpets, features real artwork, and plenty of lighting for a variety of uses. Down the hall you will find a kitchenette that has a full size fridge, electric oven/stove, microwave, beverage center, and all the kitchen gadgets you would need to prepare a lovely Creole meal for two. Within this hallway is also a built-in closet with an abundance of storage. In the front of the space is a massive bathroom featuring a soaking tub, steam shower, dual vanities, and in-mirror TVs. Its fully tiled and has windows that face Bourbon, letting in abundant natural light. The steam shower is made for two, as is the large tub, and again there is plenty of lighting for a variety of uses whether its a calm evening in the tub or preparing your best face for a night out on Bourbon! We do have access to a parking space which may be available for you to rent if no previous renter has claimed it- please inquire with us. The space is a few blocks away and is $20 per day, with a one week minimum. You can also park a bike, moped, or scooter inside the common area of the building if needed. Bi-weekly housekeeping is available for a fee. Guest access The main entry gate is shared between four units. Your unit is the first so you will not need to pass by other units to get to yours. There is a shared courtyard in back for your use with plenty of outdoor seating as well as a shared laundry room, which you can use free of charge at anytime. This is a ground level apartment, there is one step up at the front door but otherwise no steps at all. Other things to note If you are sensitive to noise, people, smells, and general commotion then the French Quarter is not for you. This is an active and busy part of town, especially on the weekends. If you want to experience the real French Quarter at its fullest, then we are the spot for you but if you're looking for solitude then I would recommend looking for a spot in the Garden District or the Bywater. We do provide a white noise machine inside the unit because you will hear people, especially on weekends. If you require absolute silence, please do not book with us!
