This is a completely private unit, with no additional access to the rest of the home. Whether you need a place for a night, or a longer stay, this quaint space is ready for you! The space This space is an allergen free location! Due to allergies, owners do not have pets and use all scent-free cleaning products! Guests are kindly asked to not use perfumes, essential oils or any other strong smelling products. This suite has its own private entrance and patio to the side of the home and does not include any access to shared spaces. **SUMMER 2025: we have a neighbor two doors down doing construction in their home and yard. There is a potential for noise during your stay. Guest access Guests exclusively use their own private entrance, off of their private patio. There is no access to other areas of the home outside of the guest suite. Suite includes: private room with queen bed and bathroom. This suite includes a cute built in closet kitchen with a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Other kitchen items are available upon request. Other things to note The owners also live in and occupy the rest of the home. This unit is NOT suitable for a 3rd guest. While 2 people can get around comfortably, there is not room for an additional person.
