Our oceanfront beach house faces south overlooking the Nantucket Sound. You wake up to the sounds of the seagulls in the morning and go to bed to the sound of the ocean at night. It is truly a special place we enjoy sharing with others. The space You will fall in love with this home as we do every time we stay there ourselves. Our home is perfect for families, friends, or couples looking for a nice relaxing vacation at the beach! You and your group will have easy on and off access to the beach with everything just steps away back at the house. You won't have a single worry besides making sure everyone is lathered with sunscreen before running on the beach! The house is a two-family home, and the two units are completely separate. The downstairs unit consists of two bedrooms; one queen bed in each bedroom (one of the bedrooms is en suite - has an attached bath). Sleeps 4. Linens and towels not provided with the rental. If you are unable to bring them, we can make arrangements for you. There are two full bathrooms. There is also a beautiful, private outdoor shower for the downstairs unit that is perfect for those summer days to rinse off the sand, and is also refreshing at night under the stars after a full day at the beach. There is a grill for the downstairs unit as well, and a full deck with tables and chairs for 6 to eat dinner while watching the sunset over the ocean. There is a private beach adjacent to a public beach so you have many options every day! It is also just a short walk down the beach to the Lighthouse Inn which has jet skiing, a water trampoline, and kayaking/paddle boarding - all just moments away. *In the summers we rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday from mid-June through early September.* Guest access Guest Access This Cape house features: *Large open living area with flat-screen TV & cable *Ocean view kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, pots & pans *Private, outside shower *Wi-Fi *Games & puzzles *Outdoor clothes line *Gas grill Other things to note Bedspreads, pillows, and blankets are on each bed, but linens and towels not provided so please bring your own. They can also be rented for a small fee that covers the cost of us having them laundered.
