The space The Cottage is located on a dead end street in a private lake community. The open design of the living room and kitchen, with high ceilings, makes it feel bigger, yet cozy, at the same time. Guest access The entire house and yard is yours to use for your stay. The empty lot across the street can also be used for parking. Other things to note You will have to check in with the office by the beach to check in pick up renters beach badges (summer only) and pay a $25 flat fee for your stay. Badges must be left at the house to avoid a $25 per badge fee for not returning them. Thank you!
