Close to a historic lighthouse, basketball courts, and the town center (restaurants, shops, a movie theater and more.) Newly renovated with a gorgeous deck overlooking the Cape Cod Bay. Great for families looking for summer sunshine or a cozy winter getaway. Once you stay and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, you won't ever want to leave. We have a strict no party rule. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note We have a strict no party rule. No exceptions. Deck furniture is removed in the off-season. Usually late October - April depending on weather. Stay minimum is 2 nights in the off-season and 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) in the high-season.
