Adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course in spectacular Keauhou. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the main living area, both bedrooms and the private lanai. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling louvered windows to allow the wonderfully silky ocean and mountain breezes to surround you while providing an ocean, beautiful garden, and 9th fairway views. Additionally, all rooms have ceiling fans, including the lanai, we have two portable A/C units, 1 in the living room and another in the primary bedroom for extra comfort. The Primary bedroom (queen) and bath tucked in the back gives separation from the main living and kitchen area. The secondary bedroom, located just off the living room is a queen bed with privacy doors that can open and close for access into the living room. There is a washer/dryer combo unit, Two full baths with walk-in showers. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including a rice cooker and dual-brew coffee maker. The condo is furnished and decorated as pictured, with some pillows and flowers added for photos. There are shades on the lanai that provide privacy and shade from the sun. Feel like you need to refresh after a long day? Relax and bask in the Hawaiian sun at our complex pool! Please note that no hot tub or bbq is available. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it’s one of the few cons of tropical weather.
