Bring the whole extended family to this large, beautiful, unique bunkhouse. Start the fun upstairs where one bedroom closet has a secret passage to the loft. Head to the main level with the Master bedroom which includes a huge jet tub and wonderful walk in shower. The main living space provides vaulted ceilings, plenty of dining space with access wrap around covered porch. The living room has a HUGE 86 inch tv. The basement provides a big screen with a bar, ping pong table, & popcorn maker. The space Inside you will find plenty of space - a 3,000 square foot house equipped to sleep 20+. 3 King beds, 2 queens, 2 full beds, 4 bunk beds and a single. 4 bathrooms, 3 showers. The main floor includes a massive 86 inch tv and fully equipped kitchen. Outside you will be able to enjoy a wonderful covered deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Down towards the lake, you will be able to enjoy a quiet shady area in the hammock during the day and a fire pit surrounded by beautiful Adirondack chairs. Water toy shed full of paddle board, paddle boat, kayak, canoe, blow up floaties, large Maui Mat, life jackets ranging from infant to 2x can be rented for an additional $125 per night. Have fun in the lake, or go for shopping at two wonderful boutiques downtown and eat at Panora downtown area. There are three wonderful beaches. Sunset Beach and Bowman Beach includes and sports court with pickle ball, basketball and tennis. The lake isn’t just for summer, our favorite times of year are during winter and fall when the trees are beautiful and the lake is peaceful. This house give you the beauty of those season with its unique colors. Guest access Entire house minus the garage, shed, and a few closets. Water toy shed full of paddle board, paddle boat, kayak, canoe, blow up floaties, large Maui Mat, life jackets ranging from infant to 2x can be rented for an additional $125 per night. Free access to 3 public beaches, basketball, tennis and pickleball court. There is also a nearby par 3 golf course. Other things to note The Lake Panorama Association requires all renters to register name, phone number, and email. They also require you to adhere to all LPA rules and regulation and agree to pay any fines associated with breaking any rules. An additional liability waiver will be required to be signed by all guests. The house boat, lift, and UTV are off limits. Also, there is a large cinder block submerged to the right of the dock. This is a no jumping zone. Please only jump off the front of the dock to avoid injury. The city Panora and Guthrie both have grocery stores, restaurants: Los Altos, Panorama Pizzeria, PJs (hamburger and ice cream place). The restaurant with the best view in town is The Port Next to Lake Panorama marina. This is where you can watch the sunset over the lake.
