My place is good for couples for a romantic getaway, solo adventurers looking to do some reading or surfing and families (with kids). 2nd fl of a duplex Take one flight of stairs up to the private deck where the main entrance is in the rear of the house. The deck is for the exclusive use of this unit with BBQ, sectional and dining table for 6. Enter through the patio doors into the spacious kitchen well equipped with high end appliances. Proceed to the open floor plan kitchen, living, full bath and laundry. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and ample closet space to get settled. There is wifi and a (2) smart TVs to watch your favorite apps (living room and primary bed). We provide all bed linens, kitchen and bath towels for 4 and detergents to freshen them up during your stay if you are interested. If you need additional linens please make a note to self to bring them. Seasonal beach badges on site, please remember to leave them behind. We also provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler for your convenience. We update furniture and decorative items as they wear with use and there might be slight differences from the photos. The home is on the beach side but short walk to the bay, Kubel's, La Riva Pizza, Daymark , Moustache Bills Diner, Poppy's Ice Cream , Kite Store, White's for groceries, Inlet Deli, Viking Village for dining and shops, pickle ball, playground, mini gulf, etc...so much to do all around you. The sunset boat tours leave out of Viking Village, nice way to enjoy and evening before dinner. Walk to the lighthouse for a stroll through the trails, climb the lighthouse steps, picnic or enjoy some fishing. Sunsets are unbelievable in LBI and if you are coming from the City take a pause and absorb the stars at night--so peaceful. There is one parking spot in front for guests and ample street parking for additional vehicles. There is a trolley that helps families with children or seniors take their things right to the beach-9-5pm every day during season, but otherwise a short walk to the beach. There is also the LBI shuttle that drives up and down the island for a small fee--practical for non-driving teenagers or to leave your car at home to enjoy a dinner and cocktail on the south side.
