A bright 150 sq. ft. studio just one block from Waikiki Beach — a smartly laid-out micro-apartment with a queen bed, kitchenette, floating-desk workspace, AC, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Stocked with cooking basics and a Keurig. No on-site parking. The space - Sleeping: 1 queen bed in the studio's bedroom area. - Kitchen: Kitchenette with basic cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee maker. - Comfort: AC, smart TV, high-speed internet, floating-desk workspace, closet system. - Building: Low-rise walk-up, 2nd floor — no elevator in the building. - Parking: No on-site parking is available. - House rules: Non-smoking/vape property-wide ($150 fine for violations); quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Guest access Self check-in via KeyCafe digital lockbox and card key — your access code is issued on the day of arrival as soon as the apartment is ready for check-in. Early check-in may be possible if the unit is ready ahead of schedule, though it can't be guaranteed. Enjoy the ground-floor common area — tables, chairs, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand after the beach. Beach chairs and body boards are available to borrow from the common area, and there's a surfboard locking rack (please bring your own padlock — we're not responsible for personal property loss or damage). Other things to note 🦎Insects, geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment. Waikiki can sometimes experience power outages or interruptions to services such as internet and phone. Occasionally there is potential for noise including parades, loud vehicles, or strikes. These things are out of our control, and while we do our utmost to provide every guest with an uninterrupted visit to our property, we are not responsible for issues beyond our control and refunds will not be issued. There's no on-site luggage storage, but paid luggage storage services are available nearby if you need to store bags before check-in or after checkout.
