This fantastic suite has two beds: A queen size bed in the bedroom and convertible sofa bed in a living dining area. There is also an internet TV, a working desk and Wi-Fi. The suite has a full kitchen with all the necessities including a full stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and French press. Everything is sparkling new! Our house is in the highlands of Hilo (Waiakea Uka). There is a constant breeze and cool nights. There are ceiling fans in each room and usually an ocean breeze when windows are open or you can use our recently upgraded air conditioner for those hot days. If you want to purchase groceries before or during your stay, Sack and Save is a large supermarket nearby with easy access. The suite is located on the first floor and has a private entrance door with a keypad. Your parking spot is located in front of the door. We live on the second floor and will be available if needed. Located in cooler area on upper hill side of Hilo town. Nice breeze coming in from Mauna Kea Mountain. Nice quiet neighborhood looking down the ocean. 15 mins drive to Hilo Airport / Downtown Hilo for shops and restaurants. 6 mins drive to University of Hawaii Hilo. 20 mins drive to Carl Smith Beach / Honoli'i Beach for snorkeling and surfing. 35 mins drive to Hawai'i Volcano National Park / Akaka Falls. We live on the second floor and we have two indoor dogs and two indoor cats. All our pets are very sweet.
