30 day or more stay only. Newly renovated PRIVATE unit, heart of Rutherford, separate private entrance, a few steps away from NYC buses which run every 10 min during peak, 20 min on Sunday. The train is 2 stops to NYC. 7 min drive to Metlife Stadium. Apartment was recently furnished with new floors, refrigerator, cook top, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker and a smartTV. High speed wireless internet along with Hulu and NetFlix are also included. The space No steps to worry about, the separate private entrance to the apartment is floor level from the driveway. The unit is completely separate and guests DO NOT have to share the kitchen, bathroom, amenities etc with anyone else. There is one queen size bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults, along with a sleeper sofa that fits 2, a 32 inch LED SmartTV (with Hulu and Netflix subscription ) and XBox 360 and an XBox One (on request). Guests are free to choose the console they wish to use to play games on. Have a favorite game? - just bring it over and play, or enjoy the free high speed internet connection on your favorite personal device. We take pride in cleanliness. The sheets, towels, pillowcases and other bedding materials are not only washed but also sanitized between each guests, and the complete unit is cleaned from top to bottom first vacuumed then mopped before each and every guest. The toilet and seat is wiped clean using disinfectant wipes to make sure they are clean and ready to use for the next guest. The kitchen includes an new Gaggenau electric cook-top, a water kettle for brewing hot tea on cold winter days, a small microwave oven, a new sink and faucet along with new dishware and a pots and pans. The dishwasher will be installed in the near future however is currently unavailable. The kitchen also includes a two door refrigerator with cold water/ice dispenser. Unit has a closet that can be used to store luggage, clothes etc. There is also a small cabinet next to the entrance to store shoes. Heating and cooling is supplied by forced air, and air vents are adjustable within the unit. There is a wireless thermostat sensor that communicates with the base unit to make sure that the temperature within the unit is kept at a comfortable level at all times - at around 72F. The unit is a few steps away from the bus station to NYC, and a few minutes walk to the train station. Metlife stadium is about a 5 minute drive away. Guest access Guests are free to use the driveway to park one vehicle, as long as they park appropriately to allow a second vehicle to also park next to it. Street parking is also available - however please look at the signs to make sure it's not a street cleaning day, or parking is restricted for any other reason. The apartment has a (locked) interior door that opens to the main section of the property where the host (me and my family) lives, however this door will be kept locked during the stay of the guests. The apartment itself is self contained with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Guests are welcome to use anything in the apartment, including complimentary snacks, coffee, soda, water etc that we try to keep stacked up. Other things to note We do not use drugs or smoke and expect the same from our guests when on the property. Smoking, vaping, candles and other source of open flames are strictly prohibited. We are professional, respectful and kind to our guests, and expect the same in return. Please treat the property, neighbors and belongings like you would your own. We respect our neighbors, and request the same from our guests. Most of them wake up very early, so please try to limit noise when entering and exiting the property. Please note that we have a pet in the house, a Maltese/Chihuahua mix that live with us in the same building. You will possibly not see nor hear her during your stay, but might occasionally do so. Have kids or babies that end up crying at night? - no problem! We're all human, however TV very loud that keeps household members and neighbors awake late at night might be an issue. Guests that use the internet on the premises hereby agree to use it only for legal purposes and they promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities. No filming or movie shoots of any kind allowed within the premises. Please note that we do not accept locals guests, or reservations that are for other individuals. In cases such as this, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. As a courtesy to the next guest, please pay attention to the check in and check out times. We try to make sure that the next guest will have the unit fresh and clean as the previous one. Early check in and late check out are accepted only by double checking with the host.
