Contemporary Artist Sanctuary - The Studio

Looking to treat yourself to a unique and spacious get-away? You've just found it! The Studio is an artsy retreat, located in a quiet wooded area with lots of wildlife. Downtown Northampton and downtown Easthampton are each less than three miles away. Enjoy the ambiance of the setting, or explore the surroundings. Private entrance. Parking on site. The space The Studio has a private entrance and an open floor design. The exterior walls are decorated with large paintings, and sculptures populate the yard. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with many appliances. For sleeping arrangements, there is a king size bed and a queen size pull-out couch. All living space is on the first floor, with the exception of a study / work desk in the loft (second floor). Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the back yard sculpture area, which is listed as a "shared area." A barbeque grill and lawn chairs are also provided. There are two areas in The Studio that are not available for guest use. Signs are posted on the doors to those areas. Other things to note Please note that the main house is also located on the property. The property is located on a hill. A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended when there is snow or ice on the ground.
