At 600-square feet, this tiny home offers a peaceful space for couples or a small group to enjoy a retreat in the mountains. While we love kids, this home is probably not the best suited for small children due to its size and the location of heaters/vents. A deck, barbecue, full kitchen, laundry and outdoor/indoor seating areas. Parking for two cars available. The space Set back on riverfront property, this modern, small home is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer, shower, kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a small living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a complete dining set and pots and pans to assist with your delicious home-cooked meals. You can wake up and drink a cup of fresh brewed coffee from the Keurig. If specialty coffee is more your style, Highway 93 has a plethora of coffee shops to pick from and is just minutes away. SLEEP You'll sleep in peace in the spacious bedroom that has two queen beds and a full sized dresser. THE AREA This home sits on property along the Bitterroot River. We want guests to be able to take in the beauty and serenity of the river, but to be cautious and do so at their own risk. The Bitterroot is known for spectacular fly fishing. Take advantage of all the opportunities this river has to offer, including fly fishing, floating, rafting and swimming. It's absolutely gorgeous. Great place to stay for a Montana Grizzlies game. Go Griz! Be mindful ♡ This home is located on private property. Hunting and roaming about is not permitted. We do not allow fishing or access of the pond. There are other buildings and houses on the property, however, to allow guests and the owners their privacy, guests are requested to stay within the realms of their vacation rental. We do NOT allow people who are not staying on the property, no exceptions. No outside guest! We will ask you to vacate our property if you don’t follow this rule. ♡ There is livestock on the premises, and while they may be enticing, we ask guests do not feed or go near them. ♡ Please keep all doors and windows closed and locked when away from the location. We try to conserve energy as much as possible. To help us do so, please turn air conditioner off when gone. This is a such a peaceful place, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. ♡ Due to health sensitivities of the owners and relatives of the owners who stay here frequently, no smoking/vaping of any kind on or near the property. We also do not allow pets. Big Sky country is truly unlike any other. Enjoy the variety of locally owned restaurants, breweries and shops throughout the greater Missoula area just 15 minutes away, or down the Bitterroot Valley on Highway 93. Indulge in nearby fly fishing, river floating, rafting, swimming, skiing, exploring, hiking, golfing and more! This home is a wonderful basecamp to pack in all these activities! Please do not park close to the gate when arriving and leaving. Your code is the same code to the door when arriving on the property. When exiting the property, you will see a pink devise sitting above ground. Stop your car here, gate will auto open. It will auto close after you gave departed the area. Other things to note Apply caution while driving. There is a lot of wildlife in the area - deer, elk, etc. Expect winter driving conditions during colder months. NO Smoking of any kind inside or outside the property. $500 fine. No extra guests allowed. Surrey Lane is 20 mph. Or less, we do have a police officer that lives on this road. No tolerance of speed. Children and animals are in the area of the road getting to Off the Hook. We do have caregivers coming and going for the horses on site. We also have gardeners and maintenance people.
