The location is in Newark downtown, 5 miles away from Newark Airport, few blocks from Orange Light Station, Times Square to location is just about 13 miles away, the apartment is in 3rd floor and you must need to climb the stairs. There is A.C. available. The parking garage belongs ti the neighbors. The parking on the street is always available and its free. One block away from the police station. Prudential center is 2 miles away, very close. NO PARTIES!!! The space The entire one bed room apartment for one big family , within the unit Queen bed you can sleep two adults and one child , another sofa bed you can sleep 2 more, so before you book more then 3 person please let us know so we can makeup room for 5 persons stay and minimum 24 hours advance notice required. A.C. and fan are available. Guest access you can enter in your apartment through stairs and your own key. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Parties arent allowed. Backyard access not allowed.
