Close to colleges and Mt Holyoke Range- Amherst

Lovely, spacious, natural wood interior Cape surrounded by nature at the foot of Mt. Holyoke Range in South Amherst. Easy access to University and colleges, the Norwottuck Rail Trail and M-M hiking trail. We share bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, wood stove and the porch. We also provide a space in the fridge, if requested. The room is on the second floor at the far end of the hall. Rodri is fluent in Spanish and we love meeting new people. The space Spacious with comfortable queen sized bed. Room enough to do yoga or pilates on the bedroom floor or join me in the living room most weekday mornings. Work on your computer looking out into the woods. Guest access The FIRST FLOOR is pretty open and visible to all. - You will first enter the house at the ENTRYWAY. It remains cold in the winter. You may leave your coat in the left side of the closet. There are hangers provided. Please remove your shoes. In the winter you may leave them inside, beside the inner door in the wood stove room where they will stay warm. We do have a limited selection of slippers (mostly women's medium sized) to borrow. The floors are wood with a few carpets so bring slippers. - You are welcome to hang out by the WOOD STOVE and read, be on your computer or play games, etc. We have puzzles and games available. In the winter we spend a lot of time in this room. - KITCHEN- Please let me know if you need refrigerator space and if you are going to cook. I am in the kitchen a lot. -DINING ROOM- is just a table and you are welcome to sit there. - TV ROOM. We watch movies frequently in the evenings and you are welcome to join us. - HALF BATHROOM. This room is available at all times and you are welcome to leave your toiletries there. SECOND FLOOR You are staying in the GRAY ROOM which is up the stairs to the right then on the left at the end of the hall. Your towels, water, bedding and wifi information are all located there. During the summer months there is a fan stored in the right side of the closet. In the winter there is an extra comforter. There is also some space to hang a few clothes. The BATHROOM is at the other end of the hall, left at the top of the stairs and at the end. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed Other things to note A car is necessary from this location.
