My place is located just off I-80 about 20 min from Jordan Creek town Center...It is work friendly. Workers are welcome! Children are welcome! It has a fenced yard, patio and grill. And the town of Dexter, Iowa has a park within walking distance, a public lake, The Rusty Duck Restaurant, Drew's Chocolates..You'll love my place because of staying in a roomy, unique Victorian home furnished with everything you’ll need! The backyard is now fully fenced providing privacy for your outdoor activities. The space A spacious Victorian home with lots of unique character from years gone by. The large backyard now has a privacy fence so you can enjoy those backyard cookouts! The home now has free internet wifi and You Tube TV..This home has a beautiful staircase, large windows, a claw foot tub and a huge wraparound porch with a swing, plus it's furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Workers or family can cook their own meals! And the home is kid friendly also! There's a large back yard. Great for eating outside on the picnic table! There's a park within walking distance...And in downtown Dexter be sure to try The well known Rusty Duck! Be sure to try Drew's Chocolates also, for awesome chocolate or homemade ice cream. This place is a must! Drew's Chocolates is a 100 year old family owned and operated business, making delicious homemade chocolates! If you stop by, you might just get to try a free sample! It's an interesting place to see! My place is perfect for families( with kids), it’s work friendly for business travelers, special gatherings, retreats and large groups also. The home is furnished with the items you will need during your stay, such as kitchen appliances, dishes, towels, ironing board and iron, blow dryer and washer and dryer, paper towels and tissue. The home now has free internet wifi and You tube TV...There is a large fenced backyard and a large wraparound porch with a swing, as well as a back patio with a picnic table for enjoying outdoor pleasures. Other things to note There is no parking allowed on the street if it snows due to snow removal....otherwise it's not a problem.
