Charming & Whimsical Historic River Home

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views. Full access Located in an extremely friendly neighborhood right on the Delaware river. Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope. Events are not allowed at this location. No fireworks. No noise outside from 10pm to 9am. Only the guests/pets included in the confirmed reservation are permitted on the property. Pet limit is 2. Any undeclared guests/pets exceeding the reservation count will incur a fee of $200 per person/pet, per night. We also reserve the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund and charge the cost of professional deep cleaning if required. This is a very peaceful and quite neighborhood, with a combination of young families and retired folks. Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you. • For 1st and 2nd car: The house has two spots to use that our part of the property: the driveway for the house and directly across the street is another driveway (river side). • If you need to park a 3rd or 4th vehicle please: park in front of the house (2x cars fit there, one will block the house driveway). • DO NOT PARK: In front of 52 River Dr (the blue house) as they really like the view of the river not to be interrupted.
