That being said we ask that guests respect other renters by following the quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire upstairs unit, front porch, back porch, and fenced backyard. Separate basement apartment’s entryway and outdoor area are kept completely separate and private from main upstairs unit.
